The Woodlands has about 50 Apartment Communities. The areas include but are not limited to; Spring, Tomball, Magnolia, and Conroe. There are about 100 different apartment communities. Luxury apartment communities do not advertise that they will work with background issues. That is where we come in!

There is a lot to consider when working with background issues. For example, Was the charge pled down to a misdemeanor?  Was it a Deferred Adjudication? Was it an isolated incident?

Misdemeanors including but not limited to; POM, PCS, Assault, Criminal Mischief under $1500, Theft under $1500, Evading on foot, Trespassing, DUI, etc.

Felonies including but not limited to; PCS, Evading, UUMV (Auto Theft), Felony Assault (Needs to be a min of 10 Years old), Possession with intent.

*Most Apartment Communities do not work with background issues. There are some background issues no Apartment Community we know of will work with.
