The “A” floor plan is a great one bedroom! Our A floor plan’s square footage is 800 with multiple, huge walk in closets. The bathroom is also accessible from the bedroom and the hall so no one has to enter your bedroom to use it.

The “C” floor plan is a great alternative for a two bedroom 2-bathroom unit. It is 959 square feet and includes a study that can be a nice size office and includes a ½ bath.

“D” & “E”

Our “D” floor plan is a perfect size, roommate style, two bedroom. It is 1100 square feet with each bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the apartment home. The only difference with our “E” floor plan is that one bathroom will have a dual sink vanity in one of the restrooms

We offer valet trash pick-up Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Each apartment home includes a full-size washer and dryer. We also include a reserved, parking spot at no additional charge with each home. Your guest will find an ample amount of uncovered guest parking throughout the property. We are conveniently located right next to Terry Hershey Park which has miles of hiking and biking trails. For this reason, we have also comprised a small fleet of bicycles for our residents, complimentary, in case they want to explore those trails. We are just 5 minutes from the freeway, 10 minutes from 2 major shopping malls and 20 minutes from the downtown area.

Our maintenance team is the best in the business.  They handle all requests before the end of each business day unless a part needs to be ordered.  We take pride in our jobs and we truly care about everyone’s well being. We treat all of our residents like family. Actually, the majority of our staff live here, or have a family member who lives here, so one could say that it is in our best interest to make The Park on Memorial the best home it can possibly be.

Additionally, we like to keep it exciting around here. We host monthly resident events that feature some of the best food trucks in the city, holiday parties, a Super Bowl party, a welcome to summer Luau, an Ice Cream Social, poolside movie nights, and any other reason that we can think of to keep everyone entertained and having fun.
