If you’re looking for an apartment in the Cinco Ranch area, there are a few things that usually matter the most.
For a lot of people it’s the schools.
For others it’s finding a place that actually welcomes your dog without having to worry about breed restrictions.
And honestly…sometimes you just want a property that doesn’t look like it was built yesterday with zero shade.
This community checks a lot of those boxes.
Zoned to Highly Rated Katy ISD Schools
One of the biggest reasons people move to this part of Katy is because of the schools.
Residents are generally zoned to some of the most sought-after schools in Katy ISD, including:
- Seven Lakes High School
- Seven Lakes Junior High School
- Bonnie Holland Elementary School
School zoning can change from year to year, so I always recommend verifying the current attendance boundaries before signing a lease.
If having access to Katy ISD is important to your family, this is definitely an area worth checking out.
A Community Built Around Green Space
One of the first things you’ll notice is the mature trees and established landscaping throughout the property.
Instead of rows of buildings sitting on bare concrete, you’ll find shaded walking areas, large trees, and landscaping that gives the community a more relaxed feel.
It’s one of those places that actually feels like people live there instead of just passing through.
Dog Owners Will Love It
If you have a dog, this community deserves a look.
The on-site dog park gives your pup a place to run around without leaving the property.
Even better…
There are no breed restrictions, which is becoming harder and harder to find around Houston.
Always verify current pet policies before leasing, but if you’ve been turned away because of your dog’s breed, this community may be worth adding to your list.
